- Rotary GSE (Group Study Exchange)is a unique cultural and vocational exchange for young professionals. For more information on Rotary visit www.rotary.org. This 2009 GSE team will spend one week in each of four countries: El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama.
